What is Walk & Talk Therapy

Walk and Talk Therapy grounds us in the present moment. With each step, you can feel the earth beneath your feet, providing a physical anchor while exploring emotional landscapes. This natural grounding helps calm the nervous system and creates space for authentic healing.
The gentle rhythm of walking encourages a different kind of conversation - one where difficult topics often emerge with surprising ease. Many clients find that moving forward emotionally, breaking through barriers that might remain in a traditional office setting.
Green open spaces truly are good for the soul. Research confirms what we intuitively know:- nature reduces stress hormones, lowers blood pressure, and elevates mood. The changing scenery, fresh air, and natural light create a backdrop for therapy that awakens all your sesnses and invites deeper awareness.

There are so many benefits to walking and being with someone to talk with. Some of the benefits include:

Walking is my favourite form of exercise due to it's simplicity, dopamine creating abilities and the fact that it can be carried out anywhere in the world! I always feel so much better after I've been walking... and you will to!

We are better as tribes, rather than individuals. Walking with a friend or in a group is good for the soul and our mental health. It produces numerous feel good chemicals of huge benefit.

1:1 Walk and Talk Therapy : £70 / Block Booking 6 session: £325. Each session is 1hour.

Group Walk Session:
£10 each - minimum of 6 participants

£6 each - minimum of 10 participants.
