I've...
1) travelled the tough journey with my son for over a decade. From his first touch of a ball all the way through to a Championship, Category 1 Academy Player, now Scholar and international level too.
2) I've worked with footballers for over two and a half decades - via both physical and mental aspects. I worked at 2 London Premier League Clubs at the beginning of my career and was the CEO and Owner of several Sports injury and massage clinics in North and Central London. I'm also a fully qualified and insured Hypnotherapist, Psychotherapist, Mental Toughness and Empowerment Coach and an Inspirational Speaker - with almost 7 years experience of working with footballers, their families, coaches and agents too.
3) I've 'single' parented a child through the system, so I fully understand the trials and tribulations that comes with a child dreaming, believing and achieving their ultimate goals. Family support is of paramount importance, and I know first hand how tough it can be... as well as rewarding, fun and exciting beyond you wildest dreams.
4) As a Solution Focused Therapist, I am also so aware that visualisation, belief and laser focus are game-changers - and now I teach these tools to athletes like you.
